I find it a very interesting idea that the passage of time is a personal, not universal measure. I think I would suggest that there are two continuums running parallel – the personal and the universal. I am sure that most of us can sometimes experience ‘time standing still’ or ‘time rushing by’ or ‘time dragging’ on the personal timeline, while time just plods on by universally. I wonder if and when they cross?
Thanks for your comment Linda. I’m very interested in the concept of time at the moment and appreciate your thoughts. We seem to find our ideas cross on certain issues and time may be one of them. I must say I need to think about and research the concepts of personal time and universal time to give you a response to your question.
